When “it usually works”isn’t good enough.
Serious systems from silicon to cloud.
A board has to keep working in the field for years, where nobody can patch it.
Designed to the physics: taken apart, measured, then engineered for manufacture.
An agent is about to act on something it read months ago, and nobody has checked what went into its memory.
Fixed by architecture: 60 → 92% recall, and the method published.
AI is going into production and it has to run on infrastructure you own.
Designed, built, handed over: every GPU earning its keep, in the jurisdiction you choose.
Something fails only in production, and three teams have already looked at it.
Stabilised first: in weeks, with a credible plan inside a month.
We find the actual cause. Not the plausible one.
That is why we ended up designing the board, writing the firmware, training the model, and running the cloud it reports into. Each one started as somebody refusing to stop at the layer they were handed.
Our agent-memory test suite is open source, and every result in it re-runs from the repo.

OUR OWN SOVEREIGN CLOUD
Most firms that design infrastructure have never had to operate what they drew.
We run our own public cloud region. Everything we put in front of a client is something we have already had to live with at three in the morning.
Tier-4
Our own region
Built and operated by us, carrying production workloads today
12
Design services
Private cloud and HPC through to power, cooling and key custody
22
Labs under build
A three-year private cloud ecosystem, commissioned in phases
ONE TEAM, SIX LAYERS
Sovereignty means being able to audit and operate the whole stack yourself.
DESIGNED, BUILT AND OPERATED BY ONE TEAM
WHO COMMISSIONS THIS
Enterprises
Moving AI onto infrastructure they own
Operators
Building new data centre capacity
Institutions
Governments, regulators and research
Four systems where “probably fine” wasn’t an option.
Incidents that arrive with their root cause attached.
Cross-vendor observability for a platform where peak events are the load test, and the payments API cannot wait for a war room.
Compliance that lives in the system, not in a scramble.
Document control, CAPAs and audit readiness as substrate, so the audit finds a working system instead of a prepared performance.
We run our own cloud, and that is the point.
Sovereign infrastructure on Tier-4 by deliberate choice: the standing proof that our designs hold up in production.
Agents with evidence in the log.
Deterministic, verifiable, audit-ready AI running real workflows, with humans in the loop and every decision traceable.
TECHNOLOGIES WE ENGINEER WITH

Proof, without the logo wall.
Client work stays confidential. What we can show is how the systems were engineered, and what held up.
A medical billing platform engineered for HIPAA from the first commit.
Compliance as an architectural property, not a retrofit: audit trails, access boundaries and PHI handling designed in before the first feature.
A quality management platform delivered audit-ready for a global engineering group.
Document control, CAPAs and electronic signatures built so audit week feels like any other week.
Operational resilience assurance for the Australian regulatory regime.
Tooling that turns a compliance obligation into a working system: mapped processes, tested tolerances, evidence on demand.
Cross-vendor observability where peak events are the load test.
One coherent view across a multi-vendor estate, so incidents surface with their root cause attached.
HOW WE WORK
Nothing refuses to be understood if you pay it enough attention.
During the COVID oxygen crisis, concentrators were almost impossible to get. We bought the best machine we could find, took it apart, 3D scanned every component, and worked down to the physics of how a sieve bed pulls oxygen out of air.
Then we engineered our own, to production grade, with sieve beds designed for manufacture. We never sold a concentrator. Companies that did ship them bought their sieve beds from us.
Building our own cloud rather than renting one came from the same place.
IN PUBLIC
Claims are worth what they can be checked against.
Everything we put in public carries a name and a link. Today that is a book on the foundations of AI and a talk on how sovereign AI actually gets deployed, both by our founder. Standards work and the open source tools our engineers build are listed here as they go public, not before.
